Ellen is an environmental engineer from Italy, passionate about water supply sustainability. Her experience in the water sector started with water technology innovation for utilities and then developed into WASH sector monitoring and management. She holds a Masters of Science with a focus in water systems, technology, and governance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Master of Science with a focus in water science from Cranfield University.
She specializes in supporting data-driven management for sustainable WASH services in rural and peri-urban contexts, and local and national WASH planning and budgeting.
