Toriste is an administrator originally from Pignon, Haiti. He holds a diploma in business management from University Autonome de Port-au-Prince, a diploma in foreign language from World English Insitute in Texas/USA, a diploma in computer science at CEPRODAC, and is now a freshman in law at Université d’Etat d’Haiti. Toriste specializes in working with organizations in the WASH sector, in reinforcement of community leaders and technicians including local authorities in order to manage their resources well, and planning better for the future.
