Carly Baja
Training Manager, Haiti
Carly Baja is a software engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and more than 15 years of experience. Carly has taught computer science at the University d’Etat d’Haiti, Haiti’s top public computer science program (Master in Database and Integration of Systems). Carly is a graduate of CodePath.org’s Android for Engineers course, which he has taught in Haiti on multiple occasions since 2015. He is also the CEO and co-founder of Transition Digitale, a young software engineering firm. Carly oversees training at the national government level for the mWater and Solstice platforms.
